Red Hero the Book
Tsolmon Ireedui Foundation (“TIF”) is a charity which was created to help children in Mongolia, with a specific emphasis on children of very poor families living in the suburbs of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city.
TIF is totally independent. It is an NGO with no attachment to any religion and is a non-profit organization and is Hong Kong registered.
Paul Cox has been involved with TIF since 2013. His photo works have sold at three charity auctions here in Hong Kong. The auctions called Red Hero, hosted by Kee Club and supported by Christies the auction house, went on to raise sub- stantial monies (grossed 1 million USD$) where all proceeds went to TIF.
Red Hero caught the attention of the press, CNN, SCMP , The Reserve Magazine and more recently trait-d’union. Several from his Mongolian photo series exhibited at the Shenzhen Museum of Art in 2017.
So now it follows nicely that there should be a book where once again all profits will go to TIF. The book design is currently with the printers (1st February 2019) awaiting for the go-ahead.
There is a tight time line. Paul is exhibiting at Oi Ling Gallery in Hollywood Road in Hong Kong, the opening is March 22nd. Having the book printed in time would be of huge benefit to all.
